We offer countrywide delivery, serving customers in Nairobi and all counties across Kenya.

2. Delivery Times 

Nairobi and Environs: Same-day delivery on all orders placed by 4.00pm within Nairobi. Our team will confirm your order and dispatch it the same day.

-Upcountry: Orders outside Nairobi are delivered within 1 business day via courier.

3. Delivery Fees 

Nairobi delivery fees vary by location. Upcountry orders attract courier charges which vary depending on the size and weight of your order.

4. Order Processing 

Once your order is placed, our team will reach out via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your details before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking 

You will receive tracking information via WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

6. Remote Areas 

Additional delivery charges may apply for deliveries to Lamu, Lodwar, Tana River, Moyale, Wajir, Marsabit, and Samburu. Contact us for a specific quote before ordering.

7. Customer Responsibilities
