📦 Returns

• Returns are only accepted for wrong items delivered or damaged items on arrival.
• You must request a return within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Once verified, we will facilitate an exchange by sending a rider to collect the item(s) and deliver the correct product.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• The product is sold out.
• The item is damaged due to shipping errors or manufacturer defects.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days and credited to your M-Pesa account or original payment method. If your refund does not reflect after this period, please contact us via:

🔄 Exchanges

• Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.
• Our rider will collect the incorrect item(s) and deliver the correct product.
• Exchanges must be completed within 2 working days.
• During sales, exchange times may be longer due to high order volumes.
